I just knew that when I found this site, people would be outraged at the profiling and the numerous violations 617 is handin out. Court records show that 9 out of 10 violations have been dismissed in court due to his methods and that the tickets are for bull. for instance, the no insurance ticket "someone I know" recieved on her new car while it still had drive out tags onit, and the trade in was fully covered till jan 2010. duh, you have 30 days to transfer insurance to new vehicle!!!
