The 2008 Class C All-State list

Here is the 2008 Associated Press Class C All-State basketball team as selected by Michigan sports writers and broadcasters: Michael Talley III, Melvindale Business and Technology, 5-10, So. via WOOD-TV Grand Rapids

It's quite obvious, it's who you know when it comes to these ratings. Not to take anything away from Micheal Talley III. But their is a another player on ABT team that has better stats
Lawrence Danner, but did you all give him any recongnition? Aberage 25 points a game 10 rebounds and 2.1 assist a game. but we know since you all know his father and his father did all these interviews but never mentioned any of his seniors that were playing very well. But it's all about who you know and we know that you are trying to boost his son up and so is he.

Lawrence is a good kid on and off the court. GPA 4.5 Act score 20 and good stats on the court, but no recognition. all i can say is (it's all about who you know)!!!!!!!!!

He's doesn't have a 4.5, more like a 3.0 cumulative and score of 16 on the ACT, very low by D1/ D2 standards. However their is some truth to his argument about his exposure. He did seem marginalized for whatever reason.

Hello Everyone,
For what it is worth to this discussion, I actually had Lawrence for a student, he seemed to be a really good kid. Most teachers I spoke with held him in good to high regards. Does anyone know where or what he's doing currently? I am always concerned about my former students current and future endeavors. Thank you for any help that anyone can provide.
