A study from a British organization revealed that the ASR hip replacement systems manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics fail 49 percent of the time. It is no wonder hundreds are filing for DePuy lawsuits since the recall took place. It is important that you are equipped with the right information regarding the ongoing DePuy litigation. Fosamax has been marketed as a bone builder when it fact, it only hardens the bone. Hard bones are brittle and have the tendency to break and fracture. Anyone who used Fosamax and is experiencing bone injuries are entitled to receive compensation from Merck, maker of Fosamax. More updates are available at http://fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com/

...make sure to give the lawyer 40% of your settlement check though, plus expenses. Lawyers don't care about people. They are the lowest life forms in America today.

I think this is particularly true. I have read about lawsuits against DePuy’s ASR XL Acetabular Hip Replacement System before. Now, I’ve read about lawsuit issues against the DePuy Pinnacle Hip Replacement System here http://www.depuypinnaclelawsuit.com/

Hearing news like this just makes me feel despondent. I hope justice will be served to every individual who are said to have harmed by the drug. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com

The reports of the increase of Fosamax Lawsuits probably stems from the latest MDL ruling in favor of the Plaintiffs. This would lead many to file claims against Fosamax Manufacture Merck. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com

While this may be a off label benefit for taking these drugs, one should be warned that taking any drug for a non-intended use is frowned upon. If you would like to file say a Fosamax Lawsuit because of the side effects of the drug and you were using Fosamax for breast cancer treatment you would not have much of a case. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com

The increase in DePuy hip replacement lawsuits is inevitable with court documents showing that nearly 20 are filed daily. With 93,000 people worldwide having received the DePuy ASR hip implant and studies claiming that one in every 8 of those patients will have their implants failing after five years, the increase is already expected. This website http://www.depuyhipreplacementlawsuit.com shares more interesting articles about the hip replacement recall.

The numbers are concerning to see. The injuries and number of Fosamax lawsuits filed are interesting to say the least. http://www.rotlaw.com/fosamax/

Based on reports, hip replacements are associated with some complications especially with that all-metal hip implant. Many of its recipient filed lawsuits against its manufacturers for adverse effects they experienced which include inflammation, pain, loosening of hip implant, and metallosis. I came across this site http://www.strykerhipreplacementrecall.net/st... and they have recent news and updates about hip replacement problems, you may want to visit it.

Great website you got there at rotlaw.com . Do you happen to know any doctors who can help me with my condition.

I have had bypass surgery 2 years ago but now I am suffering from hip problems. Do you think these two are related to one another?
