They were listed as the only repair center on long island - they had my unit for one year - then called me to pick it up. I paid them in good faith and brought it home to discover it's still broken like the day I brought it to them a year ago except for a fixed plastic piece. Judge for yourself, but I consider this bad business practice - and they won't pay me back. The unit was so obviously still broke it's like they never tested it. They should credit me for patiently waiting a year and paying them in good faith when I believed it was fixed.

they are out to get you after you send in appliance they double the price

On January 8th, I placed a small order with this merchant. When I had not received the item by January 17th, I made an email inquiry about the status of the order, and I was told that the item was backordered and was expected to be in stock within two weeks.
Since the item is available elsewhere, I immediately requested hat the order be canceled. Receiving no response, I repeated the request two days later. On January 29th, I received the unwanted item.
I am extremely dissatisfied.
