This village can be great if they can keep better control of the drugs and the garbage bars in the area !!! We need to take care of the small amount of trash in Lindy ,we need a mayor with balls !!!!

The village mayor and trustees do nothing to proactively improve the village. A place like secrets has no parking and is a crab hole .

I would love to see more places like Duffys ,Goccia doro ,Village Lantern ,Villa Gaia ,all these places have a quality crowd no drugs or gang violence .Even a small place Ljs is respectable ,Its next to Spassos pizzeria witch by the way has great pie .I go there all the time not to get off the subject ,I like the way this guy doesn't allow people to just hang out in front of his store ,Maybe we should make the owners of Spasso mayor lol .Im kidding last thing we need is a pizza guy mayor ,we need Guliani as mayor this place would get cleaned up in no time !!!!

Yeah, usually the ones calling everyone racists are the biggest ones themselves. There was nothing racist in any of these posts.

i moved to Lindenhurst Village and its slowly becoming a dump and I cant wait to move out. To me this bar would be a plus because of the vacant stores that are appearing all over.

Police were called here a couple of weeks ago - someone flashing a gun. Anyone hear anything about it ?

I constantly see the police at this bar and sometimes people fighting outside. This, place needs to go. I don't see that happening at our other bars. And what bar is open on Monday and Tuesday night's but not Friday and Saturday. They keep odd hours.

Saturday night cops all around there. even saw a 4th precinct car there. People were all over sidewalks hanging outside. It was embarrassing to see this in my own town. We need to put the pressure on the town to get rid of this dump.

The only reason people are having a problem with the bar Secrets is because there are black people who frequent the establishment. Lindenhurst should worry about the other bars in wellwood ave.,who sell drugs and stabbings. This bar does not tolerate drugs in the bar. I have been seeing a lot more locals coming in and having a great time. The bar wasnt even open and people were talking negative about it. I have went to the board meetings and what the people say is just líes. The owners just want people to enjoy themselves and be safe.

I miss the good old days when there were place like the Stop Over, Copper Kettle and the really rough bar (obviously can't remember the name-it was something nautical, I think) down right next to the docks
