Because atty's are leaving en masse. Reason why they're leaving, I can't tell you. No speedy trial, u get released. That's the law. Thousands more v/o's will be released shortly. Most don't even get processed now. It's bad. |

Judged: 1 I guess you've never seen the new "low cost housing" in Melville known as Millinium Hills. What was a grand idea turned into a Section 8 housing sh!thole where its a few folks who got a great price on a home, and the rest are Huntington Station savages who have destroyed the entire thing. |

Judged: 1 I guess because he served his time. They make this sound like he just got out and killed someone. I read he got put away for "attempted possesion" of a gun. What the hell is attempted possesion anyway? While he was "doing his time" the "witness" told the police what happened 5 months later. What's up with that? She's probably sleeping with his brother and doesn't want him out. These suckers are all crazy. Let them all kill each other it's cheaper then the government doing it! |

Judged: 1 ANYhow. 1% of the population commits 99% of the crime. Dont let criminals out, simple math. |

What are you talking about? Did you even bother to read the article? This wasn't a speedy trial release, he was convicted, sentenced, served his time, and was released. While he was in the cops got enough evidence in the murder to charge him and he was arrested as he walked out the prison gates. |

the justice system really works ! doesn't it?
i mean ya sentence people to serve jail terms and they get out to harm more people! does sending people to jail seem like it works? what will be done with him if he is convicted? does he really care? what a disgrace, the human race |

Johnny, read the article, then get back to us. |

These people are the biggest idiots I have ever met. Why put the name of the key witness in the paper for all to see?! Then you wonder why people fail to cooperate with law enforcement. Many of us trying to combat the "no snitching" policy suffer set backs due to idiots in law enforcement sending out press releases without thinking of the consequences. I GUARANTEE THIS WITNESS WILL CATCH AMNESIA AND/OR WILL NO LONGER COOPERATE DUE TO THIS ARTICLE!
