Doctor gets 6 months for peddling prescription drug

A Massapequa doctor who pleaded guilty Thursday in Nassau County Court to charges he illegally sold prescriptions for oxycodone will face a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail - a prospect that shocked many of the parents who packed the Mineola courtroom.

I loved Dr Frank a real assest to the Massapequa community. Just wish massapequa had more doctors like Dr Frank.

Total bs to get such a sentence. This criminal system is definately to be desired! As all can see by comments these hs kids have already found another provider....

Dr Frank we love you: Please save Dr Frank MHS students loved Dr Frank. We took a hit at MHS when he was arrested.
