Moot point as it's not an elected position. I could support Jesus Christ, but it wouldn't matter, at it's not a position I could vote on.

lol we all saw that when he fubared the bus terminal/collage/performing arts center privately funded @ 230 mill , we much rather spend millions in tax $ like the ff deficit he's leaving us w/ after giving it away . Great job he did too on mayoral control , it'll get better when your paying paetec's parking fee's etc etc etc after fully funding their new office building

Don't count your chickens just yet. The peoples desire for change is more powerful than the media's sorry A$$ attempt to keep the Status Quo alive!
Actually, it's pretty safe to count our chickens, because Carl Paldino has about as much chance of being elected as I have of pitching for the Yankees.

Given the choice between the status quo and a looney goofball, I'll take "status cuomo".

"
Oh, Dan, what an ass you just made out of yourself. I'll vote for anyone who is not a Democrat." And that's waht we would get if we vote for Paladino, a man elected by the staunch party line. Well, I personally am voting for the man best suited for the trials of office in Albany. Andrew Cuomo is my main man. More and more people every day are beginning to feel the same way.

We were expecting a change for better & the seniors
of this country got it up the old wazoo!
No SS cola for 2 yrs while our reps both house & senate voted themselves a raise.
Fire them all get new blood to rep our interests, not their's.

Considering no one actually votes for a COLA increase who is in office is a moot point. Someone new won't be voting on it either. It's all figured out by using a formula that was made in the 70's. The President nor any member of congress votes for or against a COLA increase. All that needs to happen for the COLA to go up is to have gas prices at 4 dollars a gallon so the prices on everything will go up. Then the small increase you get won't cover anything anyway. You got a 5.8 percent increase in 2008. Wonder how many other people got that big a raise then?

Very true and most people have no clue have no idea how it's figured out. They just complain.
