We already know that there is a lease agreement. It's a simple fact already. Now all we need to do is see what action, if any, Albany will take.

you're right, I've already posted that same comment pages ago. Like I said the simplest explanation is usually the correct one.
If the district was making us proud, they would be screaming the monumental money making results from the rooftops, they would be proudly flaunting it every way they could. They would send their damage control doobie's here to stick it up our arses, and by the way, that would be music to my ears and yours too probably.
Sadly, that is not the case. It's just common sense. There is nothing to hide if everything is on the up and up. Why would anyone doing a superior job generating revenue for the district be so secretive?

go back and read the posts I put up several. even an article saying going rate is 7 bucks a square foot. several links for properties going for between 7 & 10 bucks a square foot. yeah u shut me up real good.

The square footage on The Bridges might be market value, but I doubt most markets include stocked libraries, stocked computer labs, stocked mst labs and indoor playgrounds. Not to mention fully furnished cafeteria's and classrooms. All of which are part of the lease to Bridges per the photo's on their website.
Sitting on empty buildings the BOE has left the district in a position where money in is money in even if it comes from Mrs. LaRosa's business or business associates, but the reality is that with the perks of premier school equipment being given as opposed to the empty space given in most lease arrangements both Bridges and SSCC are getting sweet deals.

Who says they are getting our books and classroom furnishings? Who says they are getting our computers and MST equipment? Did you read this in the lease?

No I haven't read a copy of the lease however on Bridges website they have photos of their Open House at Kirdahy and they show a fully stocked library and computers already installed in the computer lab so and so forth. but if commercial property is going from between 7 & 10 dollars a square foot and we are getting 10 which is the higher amount it seems reasonable that some extras would be included. while I would rather keep what we need for ourselves I have to say I don't feel my kids are lacking in anything at their school.....

Those pictures on the website depict OUR stuff!
We, the tax payers, of this community PAID for those things. Costly merchandise, which we are giving away to be used at the bargain basement price of only $10. a sq. ft.
As I said, those pictures do show our stuff!

While we're at it, let's also give each of these students a college fund, I mean since we are being so very generous to this "not for profit".

I bet every mom and dad in this town would be willing to work another job, if that is what it is going to take, to maintain the luxuries for this 501 C.

It's only the right thing to do, even if their own children can't benefit from any of OUR STUFF, why let that stop us from being generous to other people who want to send their children to a private school?

Her remarks make it painfully obvious that she hasn't seen the lease and she's posting under the assumption that what's been leaked to her by her new bffs is true fact.
