...any man made structure in this country that has direct influence on survival ie aqua ducts, aquifers, utility, wind turbines, greenhouses, all open farming, scientific infrastructure earth/space monitoring equipment, natural gas/fracking monitoring, and all other mineral & landfill infrastructure equipment...MUST BE FUNDED & MONITORED AT ALL TIMES....human lifespan & survival depends on all of these......
