i drive sweet hollow road every day to work. In order for them to crash like that they had to be going a high rate of speed. Yes its a single lane narrow road but if your going 30 -40mph you will see every tree coming at you .

Regardless if we knew her or not, teens need to understand that when you get behind the wheel YOU need to be responsible. Inexperienced drivers need to be even more cautious. No one abides by the rules...speeding, texting, etc. You young people think nothing can happen to you that you are inmortal, not so. One poor choice can lead to severe consequences. I am sure this is still an open investigation. The truth will come out as to what happened but as her friend said before, she was being tailed and sped up. All you people need to go to a populated area or find a police station. Why didn't one of her non-driving friends call 911 at the time they were being tailed by strangers???? Once again, poor choices. I feel bad that she died, don't get me wrong its devastating for all to see someone so young not see what the world had to offer her. You, the friends may get upset with us for asking questions and making comments but we are concerned for our youth. God forbid she hurt another child or another innocent bistander. Please teenagers slow down. My opinion is that all teens should have a curfew @ 9pm and the 1st ticket should have a 6month-year suspension...automatically! May she rest in peace!

Anyone who lives on or near Sweet Hollow Road knows how dangerous it is. It is a very narrow and winding road. According to the article, she lost control of her car trying to negotiate a curve in the road. I live in the area and having driven on that road many times, I know that this is something that can only happen when you're going too fast. If she was your friend, I'm sorry for your loss and I'm sorry if this hurts, but you and I and everyone else knows that she'd be alive today had she been going slower.

While it's a sad & devastating time for Jennifer Tunney's family (my condolences) teenage drivers think that life is a video game. I'm not saying all teen drivers speed & drive recklessly, some are actually very good & follow the rules. Unfortunately there are several who do not & think it's a video game. Sadly it is not. Whereas if you crash on a video game it's only fantasy. This sadly is reality. Some survive while others do not. That being said my condolences to Jennifer's family friends on their loss. Sad that a young vibrant woman has left us. May she rest in peace & hopefully the people injured make full recoveries. At least no other innocents were injured or killed.
