I'm glad Newsday posted this idiot's address. I hope some nice "friendly" people pay him a visit. It would be well deserved.

is Ripo short for "Rip-Off"?

Confiscate HIS house, sell it off at auction, and give these people their money back. Meanwhile, our happy little carpenter can spend some time in the local lock-up building bird houses for 22 cents a day.

'Tis the season to be jolly....

Typical contractor story it happens all too often. When will there be real recourse against these bottom-feeding scum. Anthony Calderon of LB Home Improvement in Long Beach is notorious for this type of activity. He Robs Peter to pay Paul and theres always a victim in the end.

[QUOTE This guy used the materials at the defendents other properties. Doesn't sound like a crime.
<quoted text>[/QUOTE]

Yeah- he (the defendant) took the money from the Plaintiff and spent it on his (the defendant) other properties. It's a crime.

give it a break people are too cheap now a days to pay top dollar for good work they are always looking for a deal... if some one wanted to put a dormer on their house and they wanted it for 80,000 it will prob cost the contractor 150,000.because some people have champagne taste for a beer pocket. i don't see a problem of using money from one job to the next as long as you have it done by the time it's supposed to be done.

C'mon don't tell this guy what's already in the article. He's just angry with me because I call out all Italians who break the law and now I might have to start calling out the angry Italians who get mad at me because THEY can't read.
Oh, he read the article. It is very clear he does not know what defendant means. Actually it made me laugh. He lashes out and doesn't know what he is talking about. People like that crack me up.

Reputation is everything when you are in business for yourself. This thief hasn't learned that yet and he never will. Take him down.
