He was arrested at home, after spending a night taking care of his sick child. This is not a "Soprano" sounding guy. If he was at a strip club in the back room, or at the vip suite of a vegas casino, I MIGHT buy the story. However, it seems as though this is another case of fascist pigs taking total advantage of the power that they have. I wish him the best of luck in fighting this, and think that this is a sincere waste of our tax dollars. But then again, 95% of the things our government uses our money on is a waste, so I shouldn't be surprised.

jesus dont they got anything better to do than to bother this poor guy and his family. his father did his time its time they let it go.
