If Dolan buys it, at least the Knicks would have positive articles written about them when they finish in last place.
Murdoch knows the business the best, Newsday has lost much of its circulation due to its liberal spin on all news and all sections of the paper. A more balanced paper would see large circulation gains.

Murdoch will win if he gets past the US monopolies law. "Hot Babes of East Hampton" issue to follow. We could also have"Long island's Deadliest Murders". No pun intended.

Liberals wont miss Murdoch's love for Bush and Co. He's made a killing here and even gave up his homeland citizenship to be able to buy more media in the US...that$$o Cool! Welcome President Obama the great answer to the Bush-Cheney disaster. You "just you wait Henry Higgins Just you wait".(Add smiley face here).

Upper Echelon Michael wrote: HA ! what a self serving lie !! I wouldn't give 2 cents for this piece of garbage "news"paper. Newsday has really sunk to a new low with this article to try to boost up the price. Murdoch should kiss them off and make them pay him to take this loser of a paper off their hands. You seem to read the website and post to it a lot. Wouldn't that make you a loser for reading it?

If I ever moved away from Long Island I would never read it on line either. DEATH TO NEWSDAY !!! You would be a loser no matter where you lived Michael

I usually didn't read them but my dog liked to pee on them. other offers? sure. I'll give them a bag of door knobs and amy fisher's used undergarments. the truth is, I wouldn't mind seeing that imbecile Dolan buy it either. Lord knows it wouldn't last 5 weeks with him at the helm.

You found and commented on this story as you do on many others (poorly I might add). Oh, and keep working on those math, reading and research skills that you so badly need.

Upper Echelon Michael wrote: <quoted text> MMMM; I would actually enjoy Amy Fisher's used undergarments (when she was 17 of course, not now !) Yes keep showing everyone how "Upper Echelon" you are with comments like these. Also, it is funny how you commented on this post where a bag of door knobs is mentioned. The funny part is that the aforementioned bag has a higher IQ than you.
