Youre an idiot as usual. Bobs quitting, Alans taking over, an the club isn't sinking. It's been around for more than 80 years, a few morons who lied to a whole town to get a village will in no way "sink" the MBPOA. So sorry, get a life, and good luck with your "law suit" with them. I hear it was tossed again? I can't believe Frank keeps suing them and it keeps getting tossed. How many does that make now? 5? 6?

I have said this before, and i will say it again...

1. I hope the village lawsuit to acquire the MBPOA property is dismissed with prejudice. I never wanted the village to be in the marina business.

2. I hope the MBPOA decides to open membership and privileges to all MB residents so the other suit can be nullified.

3. I hope Bob D. enjoys a well deserved and healthy retirement. Bob is a gentleman and does not deserve to be dragged into this.

And 4. I would have preferred to have Alan as a trustee.

I have no lawsuit against the MBpoa, and the scoundrels will sink it on their own, no outside help required. IMHO.

The MBPOA (Mastic Beach Property Owners Association) is supposed to be open to all owners of property in Mastic Beach. It's a local civic organization for the residents of Mastic Beach, not a private club by some special approval.
just like all other homeowners associations in the united states, there is a fee to belong. if you lived somewhere else, you would pay monthly. most homeowners associations or property owners associations have monthly fees and do nothing for the homeowner, except enforce rules of the neighborhood and give out fines for not following them. why don't you try moving somewhere that you would be REQUIRED to pay the hoa? that is usually around $40.00 per month.

i believe that anyone in mastic beach can join the mbpoa.(except for people who have broken the rules/bylaws and are not admitted) they take people from other towns as well. it's cheaper than a tank of gas to join for a year.

there are 2 kinds of membership...MB property owner or if not an MB owner you can be an associate.

I didn't know there was a bylaw that said if you supported a village you cannot be a member in good standing.

I don't think anything will be resolved until all the lawsuits are either dropped or dismissed.

Good luck to Alan and good life to Bob.

Many Many village supporters are currently members of the MBPOA. Take Mike Leonardi and his wife Anne. They were very vocal about their support of the village and yet they were not denied membership. As a matter of fact they also have a stick dock on Pattersquash Creek. As usual facts are not important to village supporters. But have no fear I predict all the lawsuits will eventually be dismissed. I don't expect when that happens that the POA will let the malcontents back in. I know if I were a director I wouldn't let them back in.

Once again, Brady lies.
"I didn't know there was a bylaw that said if you supported a village you cannot be a member"

There is no such law. In fact, many members at the MBPOA voted for a village and still belong. In fact, there even was a past Village trustee who voted for a village, was appointed as a trustee, and is STILL a MBPOA member. I think they were revoked their memberships because instead of following the LAWS as stated in the BYLAWS, they decided to sue the MBPOA. This has NOTHING to do with the village, it has everything to do with the LAWS of the MBPOA. So nice try Zany Frank, but you are wrong once again.
Don't you get tired of being wrong all the time?

there is no law that says if you supported a village, you cannot be a member. if you "steal" stickdocks for your personal use and do not pay for it, you cannot be a member in good standing. if you libel the organization, you cannot be a member in good standing

EXACTLY! Thats why a few of the NON members who keep their boats at the stick docks had to pay a hefty fee last year or risk losing their boats. They think they are sticking it to the MBPOA, but in reality, they are screwing themselves. Oh well, they should have played by the rules and by-laws. I don't really care about them or their "lawsuit" that is about to get thrown out ONCE AGAIN.

ask Brady.

But, I do know that this "lawsuit" was tossed out of court a few times and Frank F keeps refiling. Also, a few of the people who were on that list suing the MBPOA did not know that they were suing the MBPOA. So every time one of them would withdraw their name, Frank needed to refile. Im sure its on going.
I cant believe the MBPOA hasn't sued Frank yet for court costs.

Look back at post #43...I take back items 1 and 2.

There is no need to ask ME, you know what is going on because you are the director of the mbpoa.

Instead of lying, why don't you just tell the truth yourself. Don't deflect to me, I am no longer in support of the MBPOA keeping the docks.

You never were.
So it was a lie that Frank F filed a lawsuit against the POA with people who didnt know that they were suing the POA? A bunch of sworn affidavits and reinstatement of members would disagree with you on that. Why dont you tell the residents who many people were used by Frank and lied to for this lawsuit?
Come on Brady, you know how many, tell us.

Who knows what goes on in that pea brain of yours.

Tell us how many people realized that Frank F was using them in a lawsuit for his own personal gains.
Come on, I know you know the answer! Frank used (this many people) without them knowing they were involved with a lawsuit against the POA.
And I must say, what a total lowlife to do that to people who are your friends.
