how exactly did denying them membership cause them "financial loss"? If any thing it saved them 40 bucks a year! What the hell does that even mean in this situation? Did they have to go to Stiriz Marina and pay his fees?? Is that their "financial loss"?

And as far as "mental anguish", they all had that BEFORE they were denied membership!!

Good luck proving in court your "financial LOSS"!!! Hahaha what a bunch of boobs!

<quoted text>Wow you are an idiot! Go ask the Vision Team why it's there, they know, they are responsible for it being there. More sour grapes by the crooks of the village. Hey Paul! How's that dock of yours??? HAhahahahahahaha. Ask Frank if you can borrow his!!!
I am not Paul. I was not the one who inquired about this trailer, I just made a comment. It seems obvious NOW that the intent of the initial poster was to bring attention to the MBPOA shack replacement of which I was unaware.

but yet you still made a comment about it being there illegally due to one of the past members living next door? Sounds like you should find out the facts before running your dumb a$$ mouth of then.

<quoted text>Please! The "village" threw a hissy fit when the MBPOA built a new shack and had them shut down construction. It they allowed them to finish the shack, there wouldn't be a trailer there. You know this being so close knit with the village crooks. Thanks for your concern though. I hope this clear things up.
PS Hows that law suit by Frank F coming along?
The "shack" looks finished to me , why can't you use it? Is it unsafe or something? As far as Frank, you have to ask him yourself because I have no idea how its going.

I wrote: If it is illegally parked, the owner of the lot (MBPOA) should call police. My bet is that the trailer is owned by someone visiting the former president of the MBPOA who happens to live across the street."

You wound up and pitched a little too quickly...wild pitch! And you're OUT (get it, I said you were OUT). I know you are a lady painter so why not just make comments without snide remarks?

To you, and whoopsing, and all the other &^%$'s who can't take two seconds to get the facts(get it? Not getting the facts? Because you're not smart?) The trailer is a temporary guard shack because the village is refusing the MBPOA to finish the construction. Even though the Town has said let them build it. Even though the DEC has said let them build it. But yet, the Village refuses to let them. I wonder if it has anything to do with that huge stick stuck up someones A$$(cough, cough, Gary, cough) and the on going grudge that they have with the MBPOA. I bet thats it, wouldn't you agree? But by all means, don't get the facts first, just keep ASSuming.

Again, all I said was: "I wrote: If it is illegally parked, the owner of the lot (MBPOA) should call police." And, I don't see a trailer, it looks like a shack with a fence around it. There is a mobile home at the other marina with no plates, is that there legally? Who the F cares anyway.....

Apparently you and whoopsing do, you've commented enough on the subject.
Also, just to be clear, you said "MY bet is that its there by someone vising the past president of the MBPOA who lives across the street". If you took a second to ask a question instead of believing the BS from all the "villagers", you would be better informed. But you were never one to be properly informed.
And you're right, who cares... the a holes don't belong to the MBPOA any more,(including whoopsing) we don't have to listen to their crying any more. I can't believe Frank called the News Papers and they wrote an article about this. Hey FRANK, HOWS THAT DOCK!!?? Hahahahaha

Good point. How did them losing their docks and membership result in "financial hardship"? Good one with the "mental anguish"!

Wait for the next hurricane. I now believe there are only a few readers on these posts. Me, the person who tries to be honest and .....you know what, and the anti village bashers from MB, and the lone guy from Shitholeville who keeps posting negative stuff.

If you bought a house in MB within the last 5 years you are upside down, and after the next big storm likely under water. Get the Facts.

There are tribal factions that have been fighting in Mastic Beach for decades. One little spark, and the old wars and enemies are at each others throats again. This tribal fighting will never end. Brady is correct.Tthe only thing to end the Mastic Beach Tribal Wars will be a big hurricane. Then there will be nothing left to fight about.

You are a loser!! We're a village now, that means that my property automatically goes up.. If it doesn't, I'm going to sue Paul B and Frank F for financial loss and mental anguish!

The MBPOA (Mastic Beach Property Owners Association) is supposed to be open to all owners of property in Mastic Beach. It's a local civic organization for the residents of Mastic Beach, not a private club by some special approval.

They claim to be a private club. Scumboner runs its like its a socialist state. Thats because he was run out of the MB yacht club. they hate him and glad he is not involved with them anymore.
