Is it true they can only get one 30 day continuance for sentencing? Can't blame them for not wanting to go - especially Vito who will probably get too many years to get sentenced to a camp. I can't imagine him surviving in a Federal prison with real cells & bars.

In the Fed system it is up to the judge how long the continuance can be for. Their sentence dates were initially set in October but once they file a motion then the judge gives a lot of time to do the back and forth stuff. It can take up to 6 months in some cases for the defendants be sentenced.

They are looking at time ranging from 4 years to 20+ years.

I did not get the information, I found the information on that blog. You would have to ask the blog person there where they got it.
