I saw a senseless incident at the 15th ave bookstore arcade Friday night Oct 16th, and it seems to me management needs to give their security people a lesson in courtesy towards clientle. A bunch of us watched as a black fellow who is a regular patron got told to leave for whatever reason I couldn't see, then when he replies that he will but wants his admission money refunded is then tackled, handcuffed, & arrested by this security guy with a Chicago Police dept badge who calls Melrose PD. I'm also a regular at the store and it seems of late that these security guys, the other named mike, who supposedly is another chicago cop, are getting brazen with the people who keep the doors open. Word has it that a guy named Bob who is the owner is also a Chicago policeman so maybe there's a connection.

You wait 13 days to write about an incident that you don't have complete or accurate details about?

Why don't you go back to the store and have a talk with Bob about his employees? Why don't you school the securtiy/cops while you're at it?
