Per the story, if this guy was looking in windows, or if he even tried coming into the house, he's lucky nobody put a round through him.
It really says allot your for ignorant stupidity. This man is judged by only a few, wait til the rest come forward and the truth be told. It sounds you're quite the authority on human torture, I hope you get a little of that when you go before your maker.

Why is every one ready to take this woman's word for anything. Why is Sean Mullen so quiet? Oh, he's been arrested a bit himself, still on probation it seems.
DOB 01/31/1968, check out his credentials,he says he's a railroad engineer. You can't drive a school bus with all those DWI's[last disp.2008],let alone an 800ton locomotive.
It seems there's a domestic assault conviction as well. Who's trying to run who out of town? This guy is better at playing women than old Charlie himself.

Someone who causes all these visits by law enforcement should be made to PAY for all of these trips. If they keep doing it, keep fining him for the calls, he'll go broke and be forced to leave.
I love how the police will respond to "drug dealing" but suddenly a crazy drunk is waving sticks at people and threatening them and the constitution is suddenly back in play? The hypocrisy is staggering.
Maybe the old guy next door isn't all bad, what kind of baggage did the new renters next door bring with them. Anyone can call the cops, that doesn't make you right, just first on speed dial.

Maybe it's the neighbors that cause the trouble. I heard they were both arrested soon after moving in.

What end of town are you at Rosie? I bet the nice, safe end, close to the golf course.

Stillwater has the same problems with crazy neighbors. The police are no help because the city doesn't enforce ordinances. And with more and more foreclosures and idiot landlords buying up the cheap properties and renting to their idiot buddies, omg! Neighborhoods are under siege by these drunken, immature brats. It sounds like Stillwater might be licensing landlords but we're all waiting to see if that is true. Good luck, Lauderdale residents. We over here in Stillwater feel your pain.

I believe the complaining couple are renters, renting from their relatives. The old guy's been there 20+yrs. I guess we should run all old people out of their houses, make them homeless and make room for more younger, party people. Then we could raise taxes to put the old people away and not be seen.

And, some people have neighbors that just like to call the police, thinking the more they call the more they must be right about their view of the world. How many calls led to actual charges ?
Check the records, it took only 1 for Sean Mullen to get arrested. It took them 44 to get Roufs

It sure seems to appear there's more to this story.
If records are checked, Mr. Mullen was arrested shortly after moving in, summer 2008, listed in the "Roseville Review" for Dis. Conduct., drunk, waking up everyone on 8/11/08. appr. 2:30AM. He was screaming at the top of his lunges he'd get even with Roufs. Are they now being revengeful, spreading his name all over? Even more, are they using us to seek that revenge? There seem to be allot of hangmen out there.

That's probably just what Erkenbrack and Mullen hope for, you to do their dirty work and you can get all the credit.

You are correct; we only know this guy is a threatening pain in the ax and needs to modify his behavior, or have it modified for him.
How do you know he's the pain? Why was Ms. Erkenbrack's fiance
arrested? According to the Roseville Review for waking up the entire
neighborhood of Lauderdale at 2:30am, 08/11/08, Sean Mullen was
threatening the old man. Now he has his fiance badmouth the old guy and hope someone kicks his ass for him. That's pretty low.

Informative comments, especially the Jeckyl Hyde point. He's an obnoxious drunk obviously! I'm sure the SAPD will be monitoring this dude. 44 calls in a year - that tells you something. He's a nutcase.
44 calls in one yr. is alot. When they come from the same women who's fiance [Sean Mullen] was arrested drunk and dis. the previous yr. for threatening Roufs. Maybe there's more to this story? Be open to the truth, it often runs deep.

It's funny that the neighbor should have to call the SAPD, because they are constantly parked across the street waiting to catch speeders. That stretch of Larpenteur is one of the biggest speed traps around. It seems as though the the SAPD exists to stop cars on Larpenteur and Snelling. Perhaps if they weren't too busy trying to raise revenue, they could deal with this situation properly!
Larp.+Snelling is not Lauderdale, but you're right, they really don't care about the community of Lauderdale, they're only paid to patrol it. They make more money stopping cars. I first called police on Sean Mullen,on 8/11/08 Ms. Erkenbrack's fiance, he went to jail. Since I filed a restraining order on the two of them they've turned it all around.
I'm the one getting all the grief. The community is being overrun by these renters believing they deserve more attention than us homeowners. Sincerely PR

Yes I happened to read and right quite well. Some of you on the other hand do not, likely think soap operas and WWE wrestling is for real. There's no Rozenblum in Lauderdale, easy to check. As easy as Dave Waxon, running ads to give all the old guys stuff away. PR

The problem with prejudice people like you who only believe what they hear first, really isn't what our constitution is all about.
Ms Erkenbrack was arrested in July 2008, shortly after renting their little dream home, her fiance=common law hubby,Sean Mullen was arrested 8/11/08 for threatening the old man at 2:30 A.M. for all the fine neighborhood to hear. Yet they had a little coffee party to run the old man out. That didn't settle well with the homeowners.
Let's get our facts straight, I think it makes it more interesting than a bunch of gossip. P.R.

This is PR, I don't find you anywhere in a directory in
Lauderdale. You never lived here? Are you one of the neighbor's
friends? Then you are likely a felon like their other
drug dealer friends.
