She has a GREAT attorney and he dont put up with any crap! She got the right man for the job! If u are ever needing someone on your side get chris champagine!

Sounds like this guy needs that nuisance order and that will teach him the only thing I would be concerned about is him really falling off the deep end and doing more then shouting..

Good luck to all involved

When he winds up in jail, I wonder if he'll harass his new neighbors, there.

Know his story, hear his pain, and you'll probably find that the little utopia you're trying to create for yourself is what's really ridiculous. You could probably get on his good side and be instrumental in getting him some help. But it's probably more important to you to be righteous in comparison to him.
One of my best friends used to live right next door to this clown and he was a constant source of problems. She hated him because he was always drunk and had that real Jekyl and Hyde thing going on. I had to remove him from her property before, he was drunk and it wasn't hard. But he is definitely playing with a few cards short of a full deck. My friend has since taken her daughter and moved away, and he was a factor in her moving.

Seems like an opportunity to get government out of all of our affairs and try prayer and forgiveness. Maybe a special gathering to ....

people are always so darned mean when they could have their pastor visit him and invite him into the fold.

I'm sure the people making these complaints are no Saints, my guess is that they nitpicked the guy to the limit and now he is effing with them just to get thier goat.

Informative comments, especially the Jeckyl Hyde point. He's an obnoxious drunk obviously! I'm sure the SAPD will be monitoring this dude. 44 calls in a year - that tells you something. He's a nutcase.

Hopefully the judge will order a mental evaluation and a chemical evaluation. obviously this guy is an alocholic and maybe if he'd leave the booze alone he would be able to function...or maybe 72 hours in the nut ward would wake his dumba$$ up.

First, its a lot of she said he said. Unless they have video documention or police witness that the neighbor harbors big foot, there is little the city can do besides the velvet rope = restraining order.

IF it is true, couldnt she and or her neighbors install video cameras?

Secondly, is it me or like the terrorist think - we are all a bunch of sheep? Old man comes at me with a baseball bat - on my property - when I have asked him to leave. I am grabing a tire iron/crow bar and make sure he will not come back without a good reason.

Ironic, remember how they tested someone accused of road rage for sanity, why cant they do this to this neighbor whom they have portrayed as being a few fries short of a happy meal.

We all worry that this crak head will hurted or killed some. Well, Susan Gartner, the county attorney said they'll get involved if the property is use for criminal & drug activities. Police were called 19 or 20 times, an on going job for the police, wasn't it. When will be the last and when will, Susan's office will get involved. I guess that's when, Roulf, hurt or killed the neighbor.

Wow, what a one sided story.

He refuses to talk to a reporter so he gets trashed in the media.

Nice job. Are you proud of yourselves?
