My question if I was fire or EMS would be do you also get a period to see if it works or is our fine County taking the stance "it works for police it will work for fire & EMS". There are some rural areas of York County not served by local police departments so how will that work in thsoe areas for fire and EMS?

Fire and EMS are getting stuck with the system with out the test period whether it works or not. The result has the potential to be deadly for civilians as well as responders. Bistline was a cop - fire and EMS don't count.
