Review: Quality Auto Repair

When I think of the best words to describe these guys I think of words like "zero integrity" and "the good troop of auto mechanics." They "inspected" my jeep before purchase and said it was good to go. Then the check engine light, abs light and the service four wheel drive light came on. In a valiant effort to fix these issues, they unhooked the battery and hoped the codes wouldn't come back, not once or twice it three times. Rather than look into the problem with the check engine light they said all of the catalytic converters were bad and had Meineke replace them under warranty three times. Turns out the check engine light is on because it requires a TSB from the Dodge dealership. They kept my vehicle for days on end because they had no idea what a TSB is. The exhaust leak they claim to have repaired is now leaking again. They broke the half shaft deal while they were working on the hubs and refuses to fix it. Stay away! Take your vehicle to the nearest educational Vo-tech and let the automotive students work on it. They'll have more honesty and pride in workmanship than Quality Auto Repair.
