Did I do the cheaper thing by going to your SHOP ???

The paint job on my cars bumper was not done correctly the paint is peeling off after 2 weeks. I might of scratched the bottom of the bumper on a cement tire bumper. The Manager blames me, it's all my fault, want to see photos of the job e-mail me and I will send them to you. You will find these posts other places too.

Beware! If you ( or your insurance company, in this case GEICO) take your car to this dealership, you will not get it back in the time promised. I crashed into a telephone pole on 09/10/09 and am still waiting for it. GEICO paid for the repairs on the following day. Some $9,500. Ihave the deductible $500. They,(some guy named Carl), said they could not get the part. Originally they were going to "EMERGENCY ORDER IT" it would take 7-10 days. They still do not have it. If I were you I would steer clear of this business and the others they have,(six from what I am told)

You morons that can't avoid hitting cement parking stops and telephone poles shouldn't waste your money on new paint anyhow, it's pointless. You'll just trash up the new paint again... lol

That's amazing that some one who can't even spell "trailer" can respond. You probably don't even have a car. It's probably your cousins.

worst place ever!!! I got rear-ended, took my car into geico because that's where the other driver was insured by, craftmaster body is right there too which is where my car got "fixed" .... Fixed my back bumber on my beetle, My car exhaust was making a weird noise after the accident so they said they would check it out, they said it was nothing, but yet it was still making the noise. When I got my car back, I noticed a hump in my backseat because it was dented underneath where somebody had jacked it. Of course they said they didn't jack the car, but then how did they check my exhaust? Honestly, this place may seem convenient because it's right next to Geico estimate but DO NOT go here!!!

You wrecked your car on 9/10/09 and you're writing about it a month later for a $10,000.00 repair. Are you serious. Do you know what it takes to do any of the repairs to your vehicle? You car is not the only one in their shop I'm sure. Not to mention the fact they have Geico( the worst insurance company in the worls) running the show. Did you know their policy is to find used or aftermarket parts for you car? Which is a lot more work and time for the technicians(which they get no extra time). Have you ever seen a part come from a junkyard? It's usually in bad shape. So it has to be repaired before it can be used. Or it comes in soo bad it has to get sent back, and instead of ordering an oem part Geico makes them get another used one. They have to use a certain amount of used and aftermarket parts to keep their "numbers" in order or Geicos big boss will come down on them. The bodyshop does everything it can to fight for the customer, but they have Geico telling them they have to do it this way or else. The body shop can not be responsible for parts taking long to get to them. Unfortunately the shop is the only one to get blamed though. Geico cuts the time on the estimates to unreasonable labor times, but the technitions have no choice but to do the work anyway. They get paid commission only, and not only that the work they have to do is very hazardous to their health. There's no retirement for an autobody technician, they work until it kills them. So next time you decide to wreck your car and blame the body shop for not getting it back to you in what ever time you think you should have gotten it back try this... DON'T WRECK YOU'RE CAR!!!! They are just there to fix other peoples mistakes. YOUR'S!!!

This place is the best I got into an accident and they called me to give me updates and it came out looking beautiful .... I would totally go there again :)

This is for Merritt Island location.
I brought in my car to repair a smash in the back. When my repair was done the trunk did not align properly. Frank the manager gave me a couple of excuses why it didn't fit properly. First, it was 'they all look like that - go look on the lot'. When I sent a pic of my car 2 weeks prior to the wreck, with the trunk aligned, I received no response. When I returned to have my trunk adjusted Frank refused and told me the power trunk closing device warps the trunk on all of these cars. I contacted my insurance and they called the shop and told me to bring it in; so they could tell me they all look like that. It leaked water on the right side (where it didn't align) and they told my wife it came from the antenna - on the left side. Finally I gave up (which I believe is Frank's master plan) and decided to fix it myself. When I pulled all the lining out of the trunk, the floor of the trunk was all rusted due to the metal grinding debris left in the trunk. I also had to fix that myself. I gave two stars because the paint work was excellent.
