No Joe, I was quoting you with inflectin. If the courts determine "it was an equal dispute between two" parties then both parties deserve equal punishment.

The court never requires both parties to obtain a restraining order, they are just as tired of this BS as you and me. As you say, yourself, the judge can throw it all out of court but it still costs us all to put up with a BS drama.

Then again, we have all seen incidents that were ignored by the courts only to find innocent victims suffer a murder suicide.

Too bad those judges think they have a reliable crystal ball.

<quoted text> let me fix your post so it makes sense.
There are many cases where a woman is the violent one in the argument and yet the man is the one who got arrested.
If the courts determines it was an "equal dispute between two" parties where violence occurred, then both parties deserve equal punishment.
There, I fixed it for you.
There are many cases where a woman is the violent one. Alright this was one example which is making the point! The idea that the court would determine that this example was an equal dispute then the court system is wrong. Trying to save tax money because the courts dictate the law this way is not wrong. Actually community service- restraining orders and.. throw in anger management with expense to both of them is a direction of saving tax money. This is 'not from personal experience however that makes senses. You didn't need to fix it.

Mannnn joe,
Messy messy. The courts follow precedent they don't dictate the law. A cookie cutter perspectve is not any answer and so each case must be considered on its own merits. Again, if the courts find that a violent dispute was equal between parties then both parties deserve equal punishment. Be it jail time, community service, anger management or all of the above. Restraining orders are tricky when a lying vengent person can use the court system like a twisted game.

I, for one, sincerely hope you are not a Judge in our judicial system. The people who stand before a court deserve respect and the opportunity to present their case before an open minded Judge. Every case before a Judge who suffers a superiority complex will result in a polluted judgement. Don't tell me or anyone else to shut up. It's your job to shut up and listen. Only after all is said in defense and prosecution do you deserve the respect to Judge anyone.

A judge decides the precedence or order of importance in a courtroom. Any and all final decisions are determine in a courtroom by a judge << They are not civil servants of the taxpayers! They do not have to listen to closing arguments if they feel evidence or testimony shows grounds for their final decision. They dictate the law!

It's not really clear on what part of the point you disagree with. You agree with something at the end? Well it's looking up for you anyway, at least you used the check mark to agree with yourself! that's a start.

The karma System determines social networking skills using scores.= Insecure people playing games. Passing judgment. It's ironic that this system would be used by someone that isn't sure if they should be impressed!
