This will never work. Brevard County was, is and always will be an economic basket case; a "flyover county" for folks headed elsewhere in Florida. Don't believe me? Count the empty comercial properties and vacant lots you see while driving around. Melboring in particular nothing to offer the business traveller. Did someone forget KSC is about to layoff 9000 people and local defense contractors are facing the same decisions? This is a sleepy retirement community that empties every Spring as snowbirds head north, and a Hyatt hotel would be hugely out of place. Even the most casual observer can see this.
