Every one of them were innocent--just listen to their final words. Heck, come to think of it, almost all of the people in jail were wrongly convicted--just ask them, too. Not only should we abolish this barbaric death penalty, we should release everyone who will swear that they are innocent. How many innocent persons have been executed in this country?

how come after all these years Oba Chandler is
still alive? The young girls he killed have not had any time to live. This is crazy. |

Nearly 20 years is too long for someone to live
on death row. Floridians, I'm sure don't want to pay for this creep to stay in prison. He should have paid for his crimes long ago. Hopefully this man has ask God for forgiveness or else he has a rude awakening. |

one that I know for sure florida has executed. as a matter of fact his head caught on fire during electricution. It took i believe three tries to finish the murder |

the answer to why is that we have a very crooked and cowardly government and media Norm wolfinger, chris white wayne holms jr russo and the judges and lawyers in Brevard are absolute abominations! so many of us know this yet the media protects this. you people have no idea |
|
First off this is not LA LAw. You need to understand what self regulation and absolute imunity among the courts and police has become! Do you think that this is isolated! These courts absolutely and deliberately lock people up that are innocent! The feds know it! Our past several governors know it and the news media know it! Dou you think this is America anymore? Don't be so knaive! Brevard county uses every form of coercion to convict from keeping people in jail for years without trials, bringing them to court twenty and thirty times a year while waiting for trials, denying exonerating evidence to be heard by the jury (yes defense attorneys participate) closed courtrooms in closed courthouses at night, stacking 8, 9 and 10 charges for minor infractions and by doing so threaten 20 yr sentences for these minor crimes, coming up with falsified evidence, denying appeals. shall i go on? After what I've learned about the courts and these attorneys I could give a rats ass about this country! I'll still pray for our troops but I want them back here fighting for americas constitution not so Iraq can have one |

...Hear! Hear! ...And it's all called The Assembly-Line System of (in)Justice. Even the American Bar Association agrees, in its investigative report: Gideon's Broken Promise... ...Our criminal courts are railroading thousands of innocent defendants every year--mainly the young, and the dumb, and the poor, and the otherwise addled (mental and emotional cripples)... ...This system has zip to do with Truth and Justice. It has everyting to do with making life easy for judges and lawyers (prosecution and defense alike)... ...Shame on US... |

Chester asks "how many innocent people have been executed ..."
Let me ask you this Chester - how many innocent people have these scumbags on death row executed? It's a shame that sometimes evidence has to be manipulated in order to get the guilty person convicted. I applaud the prosecutors who do their jobs to get these murderers off the street. Oba Chandler did it - no doubt he did it and he is being allowed to play with the system because of folks like Chester. One cool thing tho is the sick sob has sat confined since his conviction with very limited movement. I could execute that sorry murderer myself and never give it a second thought. |

You know very little about nor respect the very freedoms contained in the Constitution that our troops have died to protect. First freedom is not living in fear of the government! Would you want to be innocent and claim innocence for twenty + years because you were convicted by maliciously tainted case? No, you wouldn't. So think of Due Process by this definition. "The right to be heard when accused or violated. The right to be heard in a meaningful manner and a meaningful time. The right to have these proceedings constitutionally conducted. And above all, the right to fundamental fairness!" There is nothing meaningful about prosecutions like this. There is nothing constitutional about prosecutions like this. And there is nothing fair about prosecutions like this! We kicked Englands ass right out of America, sent them packing and the constitution "Guaranteed" people wouldn't have to live in fear of garbage like this! If you agree with prosecutors and or police getting away with lying, falsifying/witholding evidence etc... you should be sent packing also. If your not happy with due process being applied this way it has fir the last 200 + years, you should leave this country and find one that would be more suitable to your weak ass un-American viewpoint! |

I have followed this case for years and can't understand why he is still around. I want to see him executed before he just dies of old age in prison. He deserves to be thrown off a boat to the sharks.
|
|
If you've followed this case, you either clearly were not paying attention to the fact that ALL of the evidence against this man is tainted. If you were and still think he shouls A) stay in prison or B) still be executed...your a coward or a member of the self regulated legal community or both! What say you coward?! |

Another great article done is "When the poor go to court" in US news and World Reports at link below. But I might add that when the poor go to the emergency room here in the US they die. City after city is declaring zero tolerance for the homeless (shameless considering our claim of being a christian nation) http://www.usnews.com/usnews/news/articles/06... PS Jesus KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY was tortured, humiliated and murdered the most horrible death imaginable to save all of us.(including those in homes and or on talk radio and the police) He was arrested at a homeless camp in the woods with the deciples. How are you going to answer Jesus when you meet him and he asks you about these good old American and christian values against the homeless? |

You are probably a rapist and murderer yourself you f u cking piece of s h it! |
