A review of dozens of Billy Lane accident articles showed no comment from officer stating "he smelled alcohol" and ordered a blood test.... except your news article. Was it a moped, scooter or motorcycle? Was Morelock intoxicated? Trivia, just like Morelock was wearing a helmet!
