I would love to know the address. In the past of month I have complaine numerous times to Moses Lake police department about 2 different sets of dogs, across the street from my childrens school. These dogs always charge and the last time they attacked a small dog that was near us. Only one of my complaints have been checked on. I am seriously worried that these dogs will attack my children or other kids walking to school. I love dogs but, there is a leash law for a reason. God bless the boy who was attacked.
