I am so sick of these banks not taking care of property or when they have ownership in condos they leave the associations to foot the bill for their property till it's sold. They sit on the property for a few years and the fee comes out of the other owners. The BANKS own a majority of these properties, they should be taking care of them and paying the bills! NOT the city and NOT the taxpayer!
