I have a question for ya, Why does our Orleans Task Force and Investigators let a low live crack whore keep on token, with her 11 year old son in the next room, riding around stoned with the kid in the car, just so she get info for them.
Is this how they "cultivate" there rats.
What about the safty of the kid. She has even taken the kid with her on buys, using stolen credit card at walmart at 1 am on a school nite to pay for her crack.
Walmart parking lot is a great place to make drug deals. Just as AM, how many times a day she had to go to wally world.
The kid was finally given to his father last week but this has been going on for months.
How many other kids are left in danger, so our law men can make little busts.

QUOTE Be on the look out for a #350+ lb Big Deadbeat on Welfare selling his wares in Western Orleans and Niagara County Bars! He always has a baseball cap to cover his Psoriasis. He is lazy and is beating the welfare system hands down and you as the tax payers are paying for it whether you like it or not!!! I would also like to add that his teeth are rotted out! "oops I forgot" he got dentures at tax payers expense also (smile pretty you fat ass!)QUOTE
It is awful funny that everytime there has been a "bust" this person has been in the area. It also makes me wonder if the eye knows he is dealing and has been for years why wont they just bust him? Hmmmm! Makes you wonder don't it? Something smells fishy and it is not the fish! As far as people like her well there is no need to bust someone that petty the eye wont make enough on the bust and they are just hoping for this person to lead them to the big man! I feel sorry for the kids and it seems when it comes to drugs the eye only steps in if it involves a sex crime and by then it is to late! If people need drugs they will sell or do anything for them! and this woman sounds like she needs a wake up call!

The sad part about this woman is the people she got busted were not the big man. The 2 that I know of were low level addicts that used more than they sold. She claims she is "good friends" with an investitgater in Lyndonville, where she lives and he was helping her. This was the first person she got busted. She sets people up and continues to puff the pipe. As you say the EYE doesn't care. I do belive the EYE should look inward. She bragged about going to Holly to snort coke with her welfare case worker.
As for our 350# friend, I do belive he is one of the biggest rats out there, he has been playing his game for years. Dont leave money on a bar when he is there, you just might come up short.
These people know how to play the system well.

That's true! I know personally that if you help the eye out they can help make certain situations disappear and will be happy to turn their heads when you do a No! No!. This is Orleans County where knowing the right people will make all the difference on how your life can and will be effected! Look at Albions Mayor look how easy he got off on everything If that was you or I we would would of went to Jail! That's another problem there's not enough people to listen to people like us all they want is to just kick back and collect a paycheck until retirement! Look at our lovley Welfare investigator and the other 98% of those that work up there! You are right about the big rat! He is one of the laziest people I have ever known! His mommy too! They are both good con artist and very good at putting on the good old feel sorry for us routine! It must be nice to sit home and make money on the internet she is stealing with her little wifi on a daily bases! The ones I feel sorry for are those girls! They deserve a better life and how those two jackasses ever got them is beyond me!

• POSSESSION: Penny Hargrave, 40, 313 Prospect Ave., Medina, and Andria C. Meiers, 35, 179 S. Main St., Lyndonville, were charged Tuesday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Hargrave was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Patrol stopped the vehicle Hargrave was driving and confirmed she was driving with a suspended license. Officers said they found a glass smoking pipe with a restrainer and burnt residue under the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Hargrave was placed under arrest and searched. Hargrave stated the pipe belonged to Meiers. According to reports, Meiers denied ownership and consented to a police search of herself and belongings. Patrol said they located in Meiers’ purse a metal smoking pipe with a restrainer and burnt residue, as well as a small baggie containing trace amounts of white power residue. Meiers told police the purse belonged to Hargrave. Officers said ID confirmed Meiers was the owner of the purse. Patrol also located a small chunk of an off-white substance in a change purse. Hargrave and Meiers were arraigned and are being held in the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

are you sure she set you up or was it our 300+ lb welfare ssi deadbeat on south ave? Maybe you should just ask around and check out a few facts because this guy always seems to be in the right place at the right time when it comes to a bust.the only way to nail these bastards is to get people to talk and spread the word. once a narc always a narc. the law will protect them only so much before they're cover is blown.

I am sure it was her, Snoopy. This piece of shit is trying to get numbers to bust someone else. Wonder what she was doing on Super Bowl Sunday that she was calling people for money. I know for a fact that she was using the old story about a flat tire to get money from someone who used to be her friend till she turned RAT. She confessed to this person that she "had to set the person up
or they were going to take her son" bull shit. She said the Investigator in Lyndonville just came to her. She did it to cover her own ass.
And you are right MRM, it has gone on a long time.
AS far as our other FAT RAT, he is selling and he is a rat.
Everyone just be careful anound AM, she is looking to bust someone and she dont care if she is your party bud or not.

You know it is a sad sad world when you have law enforcement Judges, and welfare and anyone else in between covering up and protecting people like these two Rats ! What about the kids? This just goes to show that they don't care about the children all they care about is protecting their Rats! What happens if something goes wrong? Who pays the price the Rats and the officials do not it is the children all the way around. I found that the only way to stop Rats like these to is word of mouth! Spread the word and warn anyone about how they are playing the game. There will come a time no one will trust them and they will finally get what they deserve "isolation" I cannot imagine what it would be like if No One would trust you talk to you or even want to be seen with you in fear that you may be next! Just think about it. The more that know the better. I know I am not affraid of either one of them I don't owe them nothing and they don't owe me nothing! I just would like to see the best posible life and future for those children. Period!

ORLEANS AND NIAGARA COUNTIES: Mother and son in drug arrest

By Miranda Vagg/[email protected]

A two-month long drug investigation spanning the western portion of Orleans County and the eastern part of Niagara County resulted in the arrest of four people on Friday.

Charged were Melanie Holloway, 41, of 122 Starr St, Medina, and her son, Jason Holloway, 27, who recently moved from Medina to the City of Lockport, according to Joseph Sacco, supervising investigator of the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force. Guillermo Hernandez, 57, and Kenneth Johnson, 50, both of Medina, also were charged. A search warrant was executed at Melanie Holloway’s residence, where she lives with Hernandez.

Johnson, who is on parole, was at Melanie Holloway’s residence at the time of the search warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana and released until Monday, when the New York State Division of Parole executed a violation of parole warrant for Friday’s activity, Sacco said.

“A quantity of crack cocaine was located in the locked bedroom of Melanie Holloway,” Sacco said.“You normally don’t see in a residence where a bedroom has a padlock on the door. It certainly drew my attention.”

Along with charges of third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, Melanie Holloway was also charged with three counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. There were three young children in the home at the time of the search, Sacco said. He said much of the drug activity was being conducted out of the Starr Street residence.

Law enforcement officials also searched a vehicle that arrived at the house, Sacco said. Overall, police said they seized more than 2.5 ounces of crack cocaine, with a street value of approximately $10,000; more than $2,000 in cash; a small quantity of marijuana; and other drug paraphernalia during the search.

“A majority of the crack cocaine was seized with Mr. Holloway in his vehicle in front of the residence,” Sacco said.“He is considered a major dealer in this area. The way it was packaged, it appears he was supplying mid-level dealers.”

Jason Holloway is currently on parole until 2010 for a 2004 drug conviction and “has a history of selling and possessing drugs,” Sacco said.

A second search warrant was executed at Jason Holloway’s residence at 191 N. Transit Road, Lockport, by members of the Niagara County Drug Task Force, the New York State Parole and the Lockport Police Department. There, police seized scales, packaging material and other drug paraphernalia.

Niagara County Drug Task Force Chief Mark Driess said the agency works with Orleans County’s task force on a regular basis because the people that law enforcement deals with often travel across county boundaries.

“It comes out of Niagara Falls to Lockport to Medina,” Driess said.“There’s no fences to separate these people; they travel, so in doing so, we try to stay in touch with other police agencies.”

According to Driess, the agencies pool their resources, efforts and manpower to make these and similar arrests.

“It’s just an example of the level of participation we have between our two agencies to jointly work (on investigations),” he said.

As a result of this investigation:

• Jason A. Holloway, 27, of Lockport, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Holloway was arraigned in the Medina Village Court by Judge Donald Draper and committed to the Orleans County Jail without bail. He is also being held on a violation of parole warrant. Holloway is to due to return today to the Village of Medina Justice Court.

• Melanie Holloway, 41, was charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree criminal nuisance and three counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. She was arraigned Monday in the Medina Village Court by Judge Lawrence H. Sanderson and was committed to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or bond. She is due to return Friday to the Medina Village Court.

• Johnson, 50, 1315 S. Main St., Medina, was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana and is also currently on parole with the New York State Division of Parole. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and released until Monday when a violation of parole warrant was issued. He was committed to the Orleans County Jail.

• Hernandez, 57, was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance. Hernandez was issued an appearance ticket and is due to return Monday to Medina Village Court.

The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, the New York State Division of Parole, the Niagara County Drug Task Force, the Medina Police Department and their Special Response Team and the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the arrests and search warrant executions in this multi-jurisdictional investigation.
