I heard this true! I also know a guy who was taken by her and some people she sold a house to. This guy who owned a house in medina let her take it off the market and put it on a lease with these people and they made 1 payment and lived there well over a year until being forced out by the bank. This guy is out thousands of dollars! One month later she did the same thing and they are in another house in medina and we will have to wait and see what the owner does here! How do these people keep getting houses to buy with no jobs and money? It sounds strange! But that is rita for you!

HUD Office of Inspector General - Single Family Housing Investigation Semiannual Results
Other Fraud/Crimes
Rochester, NY
Kathleen Johnson, a HUD-approved real estate broker at RE/MAX Realty, was sentenced in U.S. District Court, Rochester, NY, to 5 years probation and 6 months home confinement and ordered to pay HUD $22,800 in restitution. In April 2005, Johnson pled guilty to one count of mail fraud for collecting earnest deposits from potential buyers, failing to deposit their funds in an earnest deposit account, and keeping approximately $26,000 for personal use. In addition, Johnson prepared and mailed false prequalification letters from mortgage companies and banks to First Preston Management Company, certifying prospective buyers for financing.
----------
In Rochester, NY, Rita Zambito, a real estate agent/broker for Realty USA, and Kevin Parker, a private investor, entered into PFCRA settlements agreeing to pay HUD $9,000 and $5,500, respectively. Parker purchased two HUD REO properties as an owner/occupant through Zambito and sold or rented the properties immediately after the properties closed.

Somehow this does not surprise me she has been doing this for years and has money to pay off those to get around the red tape. Mr. Parker is no better. "Money talks bullshit walks" If she is willing to help Welfare deadbeats screw over people living out of town and state then she is capable of anything. heck the last home she got her hussy friend and son they lived in the place for 15 months and only paid for 1 month and forced the owner to foreclose on his home all compliments of our wonderful realtor who keeps smelling like a rose and in reality is a wolf in sheeps clothing. I can not wait to see the next home she helps these Welfare deadbeats get into next.
