One would think that after months of investigating that the governemnt feels they have a pretty solid case. I predict that as this goes on we will see a number of witnesses come forward with evidence proving Denny's alleged illegal activities. My opinion is that is doesn't look real good for Mr Hecker.

I knew that it was just a matter of time before the Feds charged Hecker. I feel that he ripped alot of People off. How about all those ex employees of his? There needs to be justice for all!

Dear Tamitha,
I know you thought you'd never have to work again after mastering the backstroke and all but these are unforseen times. I think it best for you to start on a reseme, the sooner the better. You also may wish to reconsider some to the things you've historically considered to be essentials.

Hecker accomplice in the purchase of 2 Land Rovers for 80K, titled under Christi Rowan and the fact she presented false W2's and credit for the vehicles along with cash from Hecker IS A CRIME.

Rowan has 2 felonies on her record, for stealing down payments from a dealership in Arizona.
Arrest of Christi Rowan it's time...

Receiving wire transfers to the tune of over $350K in the last 16 months while Hecker was supposedly insolvent. Oh and lets not forget the $80K fur coat, the shopping sprees at Neiman Marcus, Arizona, Las Vegas is clearly evident she is just as culpable as Hecker for hiding assets.

I would suggest she will be charged with several felony charges by next week.

When will Christi Westmoreland Rowan be arrested?

When will AG Office arrest Christi on the forged W2 and credit documents to purchase the 2 $80K Land Rovers?

Hiding assets for Hecker,
$350,000 wire transfers
W2 fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud
$65,000 fur coat

She's a real catch.

Blame Chrysler for Hecker hiding assets, Hecker providing falsified financials to Hyndai and Chrysler.

Hecker believes his own lies and deceit.

What about Rowan when is she going to be arrested?
