they're BANKRUPT! in liquidation under court supervision! they should have no money to spend.

recurrent fraud and theft by deception are the only logical conclusions here.

jail, no bail is the only logical outcome.

but somehow, somehow, Denny squeezes under the door every time. somebody check his DNA for cockroach genes.

Why is this prick still walking the streets and why should he be allowed to waste taxpayers money in this circus court. Lock him and and have him start stamping out license plates until he has earned enough to pay everyone off that he screwed over.

I csn't believe that his current "girlfriend" is spending his money that is supposed to be used to repay creditors and for child support and alimony for his legal-ex wives. He is using his girlfriend to filter money through. She should not be allowed to get ONE PENNY from this man. You can kind of figure out why she's with him, to sponge off money for "her" children and their schooling and once he's off in prison, she will kiss him goodbye. These kind of women really burn me. Oh, and this isn't from some man whose been scammed, I AM a woman!!!

Our income has dropped almost 50% with my husband being laid off. I just can't believe he is finding all this money to play around with and is getting away with it. Its just no fair and I just don't blame Hecker in all of this mess, the banks are just as much at fault. They could have did a little backgroung check before giving him all this money.

I wish you would spend as much time investigating the things our "President" is doing to this country as you do on Denny Hecker.

Know body cares about Denny. He is so last year.

Come on PP let's do some journalism.

Seems like the cost/ reward ratio is not working too well. Hey PP, lets do a little investigation to see how much money has been recovered versus spent recovering assets on Hecker. While you are at it, lets do the same for Petters and Cook.

If the attorneys generate a positive result, lets applaud them. If they are billing in excess of the returns they are generating, lets know that as well.

I am not in favor of letting these guys get away with stashing cash, but we've read several stories about $500 per hour attorneys filing motions to recover used personal property. I suspect there is a punitive motivation behind this as much as a financial motivation. However, there is one group that is making out well in these court filings.

"Heckers girlfriend incured expense in Dallas and Scottsdale"....someone told me that DH still has a luxury vacation condo in a shell LLC down there somewhere but I can't remember where. Probably packed with all kinds of goodies and maybe a car or two in the parking garage.

For the life of me I can not understand why these people are not in a cell. What do they have to do to get arrested and incarcerated, walk into a bank with a gun?? They pissed through more money in 2 months than most people make in 3-5 years. Where is the authority and who is asleep behind the wheel. I am out raged that he has a public defender yet can spend over $100,000.00 in two months. I don't like to swear but WTF!
