Housing court is kangaroo court that makes the keystone cops seem legitimate.

Labine and that other crazy woman who comes around twice a month to pontificate dressed in a black tent go out of their way to make excuses to avoid having to make a tough decision. It is amateur hour and they get away with it because the regular real- judges hate to have to deal with these litigants. Totally biased against the "presumed evil" landlord and service defects are their most often used basis to dismiss. The fact that she showed up to defend seems sufficient to waive the defect from the bench. And the mandatory mediation prior to actually getting in front of the judges is excruciating---it makes a mockery of the system of justice. It seriously is made up as they go along--something strange is guaranteed to happen there. The cattle call is a circus act will all kinds of different animals. You walk out of there holding your nose and proceed to the counter for copies while the employees there abuse you too.
You would think with the $322 filing fee , your would have a better feeling about the system but as shown here it is a waste of time and money!! But they have a monopoly for now and the 2000 cases per month generate a whole lot of profit going on there!!!

PP --the house on Northridge Drive is not a mansion--4500 sq ft of 90's construction that actually lowers the value of the other houses in the sub development. That house isn't near as nice as the horse barns that existed on the S.J Groves Northridge Farms previously And the horses were nicer than most of the new residents and probably worth lots more too(lots os blue ribbon winners nationally) that traveled in air conditioned style around the world to compete. The international contractor made a whole lot of money for the family to pump into those critters along with the farm in Kentucky. Meanwhile back to the house, it is on five acres but will be a tear down and remodel once the dust settles.

If he signs a lease, can he stay longer?

Terhaar should also hand over his recordkeeping for the Swiss bank accounts. Hiding Hecker's stuff on an island, smart thinking.

Wasn't the lease on that house set at $5,000 per month? How is Rowan making those payments? This whole mess stinks to high heaven.

Once they are getting evicted, most people stop paying their mortgage or rent. In Rowan's case, she never paid for anything herself anyway, why would she start now?

Why hasn't criminal Rowan been sentenced yet? How long does she get to walk around and shove her stealing in everyones' face?

Both she and Hecker have no remorse, no conscience, and the judges are teaching another generation (her children) that it's okay.

My condolences to you people with two car payments and debt from Hecker and Rowan.

Divide and conquer Boopsie. Non-payment of rent is the only reason that Labine might get the courage to give her seven(7) days to bring current or have a settlement agreement that if she doesn't complete, then they can come back again, waste more time and get the writ that should have been issued the first time. If they don't agree, then he sets it for trial and guarantees his full time employment in hopes of getting a real judicial appointment someday. It is not about the litigants really. Maybe the landlord will throw money to get Chrusty to go away, but rest assured it will come to pass(her moving) in the next month or so. The rent is too damn high guy party will attest to that. Terhaar is radioactive but the clock is running out.

Why she is free as a lark is because of the kids. The state and judges think it will be worse without her taking care of them. It is a great excuse and why she will never probably have a legitimate job. Rental reference will be a problem but then she moves to the next sugar daddy.

ahhh, the Escalade golf cart reappears.

all the Hecker mafia is probably packed to the garage rafters with "repayments of debts" that the bankruptcy estate is looking for.

at least Denny doesn't have to worry about eviction. his new buddy, The US Prison System, will always have a place for him.

West side folks can hire better lawyers and don't commit as many crimes or have as many criminals as St paul probably. DH and Chrusty still are criminals now and that fact is not in dispute. As for the people who bought cars, they got what people with bad credit deserve. Anyway most of them default anyway. No real loss and might be good for the bicycle industry or mass transit. You sleep with dogs and you get fleas!

Why are we the taxpayers paying for Chrusty attorney in this matter.

Serve her notice and get her and kids out of the home.

The leases were a sham. Remember poor Bill P who killed himself he signed one of the sham leases.

Chrusty needs to go directly to JAIL get her out of the house.

Too funny, as predicted Tehaar, Plummer, know more than they are telling. Oh and lets not forget Automotive Concepts.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! Team Feds, Team Randy and Matt!!

My guess, Chrusti will move back to Texas after she serves her time behind bars. I bet you Hecker attorneys will request the Bureau of Prisons that Hecker be placed in a federal medical facility.
Here are a couple of options.

1) Rochester MN
2) Fort Worth TX(Chrusti connection)
3) Lexington KY
4) Springfield IL

Can't wait for Hecker to be on Con Air in his orange suite, handcuffed, leg restraits sitting on a plane full of criminals and US Marshals.
He should look forward to his stay at the the Federal Transfer Center in Norman OK.

Thanks for keeping the spotlight off George. Honestly, we are working our fingers to the bone trying to sell our house. It's been listed for over 3 months and not ever one bite. It's a steal at 2.5 million. And I know a good steal when I see one.

It must be real tough to taste riches and wealth and the good life, only to have all of it taken away in one sweep. Denny Hecker’s divorce was supposed to be the best thing that ever happened to Christi Rowan. It meant now, at last, they would be together. Instead, it has turned out to be the worse thing she could ever nightmare about. Not only is her man facing federal fraud charges (those bad boys can land him in prison for more than 25 years!) but now, Christi Rowan is reduced to poverty. That may mean she’s going to need (gasp!) a job!!! My my. Next time she should have an affair with a real billionaire who really is rich and not a faker who pretends to be rich. There’s a big difference between make believe and reality, Christi.
