Nominated for most ridiculous statement ever-
Weickum acknowledged that “166 people is more manageable" than the large number expected for the coal-to-liquids plant, but "all of them in one room is not going to work." This is after admitting that the area has over 5,000 hotel rooms, and that housing will be provided by the energy company anyway. With the lack of foresight and practical solutions, I think this is going to end up badly. Apparently, problem solving is not our local leaders forte.
