To anyone who does stuff like this to animals... may you come back as a cockroach so your life will be very short... and to end with a smash of a shoe.

On the reverse, We see dogs running around loose in the streets almost every day now. Big and small dogs, some with collars and tags and some not. Cars and trucks whizzing by at 75 to officially recorded by private contractor 90 plus miles an hour and a street zoned for 35 and 15 miles an hour.

On the sad side, too many small yappy vicious dogs are chained to the back porch all over the place. It is cold, other loose dogs and cats tease it, and once in a while someone steals the animals. The owners don't seem to care.

Seems the upper class no longer like its dog park. They knew more and more folks would not clean up after themselves. They knew people would use energetic and fun loving barking dogs at all hours of the day and night in and around the dog park.

They knew the doggie crap stench would envelope and seep into their expensive town homes (over priced, small condos) and underwater mortgaged homes. They knew doggies would be let loose and their masters take off, sometimes all day. Now, they realize the problems affect them and they will close the dog park.
