What went "wrong" was that the tight-azzed Republican WASP's who live in Upper Arlington found out that Harry & David's pear were being picked and packed by <gasp> Latinos, who were being paid a whole 10 cents per hour above minimum wage......

Same thing that went wrong with the public schools. They paid their employees as if they were Harry and David with our tax money and now that gas is $5 a gallon we can't afford the schools any more. Teachers sent Harry and David gift boxes to each other.

Gas is $5 a gallon? You must be posting from June of 2011.

We have a new business model for government. You cut revenues and break even. There's a sucker born every minute, and they all vote Republican.

It is sad, that they made a big mistake and the small vendors that supplied them, will now not get paid.

They get stronger, while not paying what they promised. How many small vendors left holding the bag, will have to file now as well?

I suspect your remark is a slam against Gov. Kasich et.al.

How do you explain that governments throughout this land and in Europe are all in the same boat of needing to balance budgets? People who critize our Governor act like all we have to do is bring in another person and all the problems disappear.

Factoid: Middle class non-union and private sector workers way outnumber union public workers (such as yourself??) and cuting revenues helps the majority middle class, not destroys it.

Yes I am a sucker, a sucker who was educated right here in Ohio by non-collective bargarning teachers, who were also educated by non-collective bargaining union teachers (circa prior to 1983). Or did you mean sucker born every minute after 1983?

So, will the geniuses who run this company get salary cuts?
If they reduce their workforce will they lose their tax abatements?
If I screw up at work there are consequences, the upper management should answer for their lack of performance.
The company reneged on their commitment to Heath, they should pay for their mistake.

I missed something, because I have yet to see gas around here for 4 bucks a gallon... let alone 5.$3.55/gal is closer to $5 then free, but it is closer to free than $10. So I guess under your logic, I should say gas is free.

GAS IS FREE EVERYONE!

Where were you when all the government spending was creating the hole our state and federal governments are in? Do you think printing money by the fed., or borrowing money from China is the way to go? You may never have ran a business, but if you do not keep your costs in line, your prices go up. When your prices go up your sales go down. Please do not say business model and government together,as there is no comparison. Also why are all Democrats poor, but the best educated in the world? Your problem may be you are too democrat and not enough American or Buckeye, just as some republicans are.
