Tax the dam poor stay away from the hard working people like FRANK PROCIDA. We support 3/4 of Mastic and Shirley on Goverment assistance (Hud Housing, Welfare, Foodstamps, Heap, rent assistance) because they are too lazy, dumb,or cracked out to get a job so Social Services are the way for them and Frank pays for this.
