I feel bad for Sea Isle right now. Pretty nice island, but a bunch of scumbag teenagers that live in the area running around. Visited this weekend and watched a gang of 25 to 30 kids start a huge fight for absolutely no reason. Some little punk tried messing with some other kids out of nowhere and called his no-life cronnies over to jump some kids so he didn't have to do anything. The kids absolutely assaulted 2 kids that tried walking away, with upwards of 15 kids kicking and punching the kids while they were down. Seas Isle sucks, every kid there needs to be arrested because they are complete losers that run around with a gang and think they are tough. Yea real tough, hit kids when they're down that tried walking away from a bunch of drunk idiots. Pure trash.

Sea Isle is over priced I agree, especially for what you get. summers. I wised up and moved. All the bartenders are stuck up snobs who think they deserve outragous tips for popping open your beer and giving you attitude. The exeption to this is the poor house and I mean only a select few. Ocean Drive has the feel of a frat house you dont belong in. LaCosta is getting to be the same way. The town is very clicky. Restuarants are overpriced and lack variety. Unless you are a certain name good luck getting friendly service at Bracas. On the plus side the beaches are kept very clean, and there is a nice park by the bay with lots of space. Mikes and Carmens has really good food with a great Bayside dining. Also a nice promanade to walk on.

I do like Mike's, easy to run up a big tab though. Marie's is WAY overpriced, as is Lobster Loft, and Carmen's is so snotty they don't even take credit cards and have valet parking. The absolute best value is Busch's, technically in Townsend's Inlet at the south end of the island. You get twice as much food for 2/3 the price. And quality is beyond compare.
