N.J. Education Dept. offers advice on merging small towns

Bordentown perhaps bit off more than it could chew by adding another level of middle school...maybe they could sell mcfarland and go back to having just the elementary schools, the old high school as a middle school and then the new high school. Mcfarland would provide some revenue for the city. Or better yet, sell the old high school.
