Feds charge Cumberland County doctor with embezzling $25K from employee 401(k) plan
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Harrisburg on Tuesday indicted Dr. Timothy A. Clark, 43, on a charge that Clark allegedly embezzled approximately $25,000 from a 401 plan that Clark had set up for employees of Central Pennsylvania Pulmonary Associates at 2250 Millennium Way in Enola.
