How come the Maryland side of I-83 is nice and smooth and the PA side looks like Bagdad?

When was the last time you were in Bagdad (Baghdad)? PA has more PAVED roads than ALL of the New England States, plus NY State. Freezing, thawing greatly affect our roadways. Do you wish to pay the tax rate MD citizens pay? Why do you think they are flocking to the southern portion of York County? We could save more tax dollars, instead of sealing the CRACKS on I-83, the state/federal government should be SEALING CRACKS in inner cities, including York, PA...cut down on Welfare Payments. Then ALL highways/bridges in the ENTIRE USA could be properly maintained! Then again, I COULD be wrong!

I dont think Penndot knows what a lawnmower is they just let the weeds grow along the highway medians . The roads in PA are a eyesore marylands keeps theirs clean of litter and grass medians mowed . The welcome to pa signs at the state lines should read Welcome to Pigsylvania the weed and trash state polluters welcome . ED I RAN THIS STATE INTO THE GROUND RENDELL GOVENOR !!
