"Strategy of Career Transition" is what Catholic Univ in Washington DC calls their course. Great of the Rotary to host such a program. Very sound advice-all ex-military need to translate their tasks into civilian terms.

After reading the 2nd comment from Dover I realized that this vet who has the added burdon of being black is the right person for the job of instructing others to find work. Also, what percent of todays vets are black?... MMMMMM!

The black gentleman WAS NOT instructing. The Rotary was listening to his message on applying for a job. You sir are color blind. MMMMMMM!

What the hell does race have to do with someone
being a VET or looking for a job?York County is
the most racist place I have ever seen and I find
it Subhuman.Can anyone have an intelligent conversation without Guns,God or Race in this
county.Im sick of it!
