If I had a nickle for every time that I heard Keith Blankenship say that this was his courtroom and he did not care what the law was I would be rich. Keith is a very, very, nasty little man. Wythevillians seem to think just as long as he does not ever set over another drunk and driving case again things would be fine. That is the furtherst thing from the truth. 99.9% of domestic violence cases are booze related. Whytheville deserves people like this to judge them. Me, I think he should have been hung on the spot like the little ass tries to do to everyone he has ever ran accross.

Fact is you probably would not ever even draw him as a judge but just to know that those other ass holes set right beside him on the bench after all these years does not say that much for him because you know as well as I do that they know what he is all about. If they know what he is all about and have done nothing for all these years that makes them bigger bastards than he is

You seem a little harsh with your words but I do agree with most of what you have said. Fact is Wytheville is way past due for an ennema and rid Keith Blankenship.

Chill, Chill, Chill, Daddy Rabbit he may very well be a little ass hole because I have been told sometimes he frequents a nice little spot not far from Wytheville. Lets just say I know for a fact he has eaten his weight in snot. People must really, really, be disgusted by the sight of him but take comfort in knowing he is hated just as bad in the surrounding counties as well. Matter of fact its taught me to tip a hell of a lot better.

I am sure glad that I see other people think the way that I do. I just don't feel like much of a person knowing that people like this are judging people like me. You hit the nail on the head because the others are just like him because you know for a fact they know who and what he is. I'll be God Damned if I am going to walk into a freaking court room and bow down to any of those little drunk bastards. I wish like hell Morva had walked through that bunch first. Just the thought that they have the power to put someone in jail makes me sick as hell. Last of all do you know how many people still get in trouble for DUI even though the did not submit to any breath test. Wytheville County has long been known to be corrupt as hell. Pike the sheriff at one time made more money than Wytheville put together re-selling the drugs he took from the interstates.
That little shit head was a prosecutor then too. He had to of known what was going on then as well. Judge Bird has been nothing but a woman groping little drunk as well. Truth is after the things he did to peoples wives and families Blankenship cant hold a candle but is well on his way. They all pay sooner or latter. Lets just take it day by day and see if it sticks. Second just keep an eye out and every time you see the bastard out someplace get him on your phone cam. Send it to u-tube. What ever it takes because if people are detested by the shit head as they seem then they can do something about it. As far as the people feeding him snot, I hear yea, think Ill start eating at home myself. Im not an ass hole or hatted but what if Im mistaken for an ass hole like him?

Dear God thats sick. Ill never eat out again. Yuck!!!!! I got a very weak stomach and cant even imagine anything like that. I have heard of it done to someone else though. Some town cop from a crazy family in cripple creek. That is gutless!! Just take a few shots of whatever, get real numb and just walk up to someone and flatten that nose. Its just a&b Hit him hard enough and he wont bother going to court either.

Lisa, All I can think of to say is that you are so very right. I don't really mean to sound as bad as I did after I read what it is that I wrote. One thing is for sure you really have no idea just how dusty my wings have been but that is really the start of my point. I have paid in ways that you will never even begin to imagine and I thank its damn time someone just like him should pay as well. If you knew me like you think that you do then you would know that I have paid hard, long, and looks like for the rest of my life for everything I have ever done. I learned from it as well. Why should he not have to do the same? Tell me. Don't get me wrong I don't run around looking for trouble or anything because I hate a cop so bad that I would rather stay the hell out of trouble than ever have to even talk to one or THEIR judges. I'm not one of those people who run around innocent all the time. I have gone into court without blinking an eye and said yep that is me. The truth is I can only think of one time he really ever gave me a hard time in court that I did not think he was right anyway. He tried to uphold a child support order against me when I was close to eight thousand dollars overpaid. I had all the proof, canceled checks, tracking, the works but my name was not on them. The truth is I don't care who was handling
my business at the time its still my business. I beat that anyway in the end. Like I said if a person does not want to be part of something like that stay the hell out of court. And if you are right and go to court you better have the bank roll and the backbone to bring them to their knees or else that what is going to happen to you. I want to see him pay just the way everyone else that has ever had to even look at him has to in the past. If you are going to be a little hard nose punk that loves to hang people then stay the hell out from behind the wheel drunk because people like me are going to want to see you pay. I hope there are thousands of pissed people that have the guts to say something about the way they feel about him. I got nothing to loose but my apathy now. Nothing left, no worries, but just knowing that he will walk and never be charged with nothing other than a refusal after so many in his path tried the same thing just to have it not work in the past makes me sick in a way that you will never imagine. He is a hypocrite and should never set on another case for one reason and one reason alone. He did not stand there and blink and eye and take it like a man. HE lied to the cop, acted like a little bitch that was scared to get out of the car and posed a pretty big problem to an officer that probably had someplace better to be on our dime. Had it not been him he would have gotten his ass beat on the spot or shot. He has already gotten away with more than I care to think about.
