why do they need some one to give out 4.98 dollar blanket thats what they give my family when i was burned out me my wife and 3 kids thats all they would do for us 1 4.98 blanket but thats okay the salvaition army helped us out a whole lot

Why don't they team up with a local ice cream shop or bar and have a "Pint for a Pint" program? Donate a pint of blood, get a pint of ice cream or beer. They do it in other states.
