Counties in Eastern Oregon ponder forest closures

Five Eastern Oregon counties are considering how road closures in the largest national forest in the Northwest could affect them.

Atv's need to be banned from public lands during all hunting seasons!!!!!!!

why should any one person be ban from public land? if i remember right i pay taxs on that land and i have full right to use it. i ride as much as anyone around here and i have yet to see a spot damaged by an atv. as far as hunting season go's i dont belive that you should be hunting from an atv but they do provide access for alot of out older or disabled people to continue to enjoy the outdoors and hunting
