Playing loud music while in your vehicle numbs you to
your driving environment. You could have an ambulance or police car traveling to an emergency
and you would not hear their sirens. You might make a turn and get broadsided. Then your loud music could cause a road rage situation as in the link below:

How did that advice work out from the NAACP...oops...
I mean the ACLU lawyer work out for you? It appears
not to well from all your cry baby posts and searches
on google. Here they are:

https://www.google.com/#hl=en&sugexp=les%...

You got to be a minority to get any results from them.

Here are a few tips to avoid a ticket:

Don't play your music loud.
When you are pulled over DO NOT GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE unless instructed to do so by the Officer.
Whether the violation is loud noise or speed, do not ask about the nature of the device used to measure it. You can politely give an excuse and say you will not do it again. Don't give the Officer ammunition to get pissed off like filming him. Sure you can do it and you will be guaranteed
a ticket.
One last thing, a camcorder at a distance can look
like a gun .... is it worth going to boot hill over a video camera?
Come on back to McRae ... the City needs your money!

Today, Toxiccops was sent an email about this incident; however,(we appreciate the email), this incident is not what we consider to be police misconduct. Furthermore, itís our opinion that the officer was polite, courteous and maybe next time Mr. Ogiba will consider his conduct and comply with a lawful order.

You got it all backwards Eavesdropper. Ken is very good at giving orders to the foot soulders aka the police department. When he came to McRae PD everyone
knew he had been a drug dealer at Amercord or one of those big companies in Hazlehurst. Can't do nothing about that because he is black. He is on the drug task force council. He does a good job keeping out the lice but get payments from the Indian run Quick Stops. That is about to change.

Something funny. This is not the only place i have heard about pay outs from Quick Stops, but i thing the store at the end of town, use to be BP is paying out also. you can go get gas, and have your children watch the deals going down. THey dont even cover it up. Justice is blind, If it pays the police. How is this going to change. I think the new sheriff is gonna change some stuff, but i dont see him getting into the PD payoff business. HUMMMM, perhaps Chief of Police is not the lead dog on this. Perhaps he goes into office this week. Thats someting to think about. Just who is or is not corrupt in Mcrae / Telfair. As we that dirty?

No I am not. That sissified boy deserved what he got. But his camera will belong to me if he chooses
to use it next time. I know where he lives and consulted the chief of police. I have also contacted
his Army CO.

What are you going to catch with a video camera ... a police car parked or going down the road...maybe a car pulled over with the
routine officer talking to the driver. Maybe you can walk up to an
Officer and beotch slap him and his car video will tape you getting
took down. I seriously doubt you have anything on your camera. O is
not with Telfair ... now you might have made a movie about him.
