forged a 1300.00 check and po not pressing charges

why? your po for white county refused to press charges on a certain lady for forging a 1300.00 check cause he said she wrote him a note saying she used the money to pay the victims bills i bet theres alot of people in prison would have loved to have that as a choice so if you need to forge a check go to white county maybe he'll give you the same deal so the victim is just out of 1300.00 sound fair to you, i know who i wouldn't vote for!!
