looking for Verl Dow Rhoten

Not sure of spelling Verl's last name. We were in boot camp togeather, then service school in Miss. He was assigned to a cruiser , I wentto Guam. He left the Navy and went to collage in Flagstaff. I stayed in the Navy 20 years I went to Flagstffto visit him while on leave. He had a cousin. Nellla if I remember right. Just wondering if he is still around. Would like to say Howdy
