You are correct, he is not empathetic toward the handicapped at all. Out there running the fair grounds like he's president of the United States. He rented space to Edd Rogers Chevy that used to be for handicapped vendors to use in years passed. The handicapped are having to walk from the lower parking lot up the hill, or by the goat barn and up the hill to the gate. BUT they'll call you a gator to the front gate to take you where you want to go. Bunch of cretons. Thats okay though a complaint has been filed with several state and federal agencies, photos sent, so he'll get his one day.

I have know Kevin for three decades and he is a great guy. Not gay, not stupid and doesn't dislike handicap. He served his city very well as fire marshal and as chief and does not deserve the way some of you jerks are talking about him.
